Terminology sync center strictly respects IP rights. SNOMED CT data will not be downloaded from public sources without valid credentials or license acknowledgment.
AI Engine uses a layered approach: 1. Match against Synced Reference Data. 2. Fallback to Deterministic MVP Rules if no match or sync disabled.
SATUSEHAT FHIR profiles are synced from the official Indonesian Ministry of Health IG to ensure payload compatibility.
Local File Mode
For offline lab environments, you can configure SOURCE_MODE=file and provide a local path to normalized JSON datasets.
